I received the urn Tuesday, and was so pleased...the urn was much nicer than I had expected it to be. Truly fine quality my "Teddy" deserved. I find comfort in it being close to me (on a window shelf, overlooking the river Teddy so much loved to watch). And I might add, for the same urn, I found your's at the best price....

May I add that your insert booklet helped also. I don't normally read anything that comes with a package, but in this case I did, and it helped ease the pain...

Just a quick note to"Thank-You Very Much" for the prompt service on shipping out my order. I have a 17 year-old Bear-Dog that has been so loyal and has brought more love to our family that words can ever express!

I know her time with us is limited, I wanted to be prepared when her time comes as I can guarantee that I will be devastated. I didn't want to find myself settling for just anything, my Bear-Dog deserves the best.

After having to put my beloved Tickles to sleep I began looking for a suitable resting place for her cremains. Having no knowledge of cremation urns, I began checking various web sites. There were several that offered the same product (I chose the small wood photo urn) but were at higher prices and without the 100% satisfaction guarantee. My order was filled promply and even though there was a glitch with the shipping, the follow through was great in that you kept in contact with me regarding the status with the shipping. When the product arrived I was immediately pleased. The care taken in the packaging was great. The quality of the wood and the engraving was more than I could have imagined. My husband and I were very pleased with the quality and tasteful style of the casket, which arrived very promptly and in perfect condition. Losing our beloved German shepherd has been very difficult for us and we miss her terribly, but having her photo looking at us from the front of the casket helps a great deal. She is now sleeping peacefully on the dresser in our bedroom.

Thank heaven for people like you who understand the needs of bereaved pet owners!
