Just like purchases, returns are a smooth easy process for you. If for any reason you are not happy with your purchase you are entitled to a full refund.  Here is how the return process works-
 
The return request must be received by us within 30 days of the ship date. Urns must be unused and received in original condition.

1. Fill out the online form to request a return

a. To do this Click on Order Status  (below the Best Friends logo at the top of the page)

b. Click on Order Details for the order you would like the RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization)
c. At the bottom of the Order Details there will be a link to Request an RMA
d. Complete the form
e. Click Submit
